Process
How It Works
You handle removing and reinstalling the part on your car. We engrave it and send it back. Most customers are in Romania; we also work with EU shipping when it fits your project.
We are not a garage - we do not remove or install parts on your vehicle.
1. Request a quote
Submit the form with photos of the part and your design idea. You will get a confirmation email with your order number.
2. We send your quote
Usually within 1-2 business days: price, timeline, deposit, return shipping, and packing notes for your part type.
3. Remove and pack the part
You (or your garage) remove only the part we will engrave - for example exhaust tips, not the full exhaust. Pack it securely following our guide. If you want brand-new parts engraved instead of parts already on your car, we can order them for you: send us the product link and pay for the parts upfront before we place the order.
4. Ship to us or drop off
In Romania you can use a courier or local drop-off/pick-up. From other EU countries, ship to us after your quote is accepted and deposit is paid.
5. We engrave and return
We document the part on arrival, complete the work, then ship it back insured (or hand it back on pick-up).
6. Reinstall on your car
Fit the finished part the same way you removed it. Reply to our emails anytime if you need help during the process.
EU customers
Same process: remove the part, ship with approved packing, we engrave and ship back. Shipping cost and courier options are in your personalised quote.
Packing and shipping
- We only share the studio shipping address after your quote is accepted and deposit is arranged.
- Fragile parts (glass, taillights) need extra padding and insured courier service.
- Photo the part before you pack it; we photo-document on arrival.
- Turnaround includes courier time both ways, not just engraving days.
